PEG6000,聚山梨酯80增加尼群地平溶出度的研究

Study onthe Enhancement of Nitrendipine Dissolution by PEG6000 and Polysorbate 80

  • 摘要: 采用熔融法 ,用PEG6 0 0 0 (聚乙二醇 6 0 0 0 )与聚山梨酯 80为混合载体制备尼群地平固体分散体 ,经X 射线粉末衍射、差热分析和扫描电镜显微摄像得知 ,尼群地平以细微结晶充分分散在混合载体中 ,形成低共熔物。试验结果表明 ,混合载体的溶出度数倍于PEG6 0 0 0单一载体。本文筛选的尼群地平固体分散体为稳定体系 ,其溶出度约为物理混合物的 7倍 ,用其制备固体分散片剂工艺可行。

     

    Abstract: Nitrendipine solid dispersion was prepared by using melting method with PEG6000 and polysorbate 80 as carriers. The X ray powder diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron micrography showed that nitrendipine existed in carriers
