人工虫草菌丝体提取物抗哇巴因所致心脏毒性作用的研究

Antagonistic Effects of Extracts from Cultural Mycelium of Cordyceps sinensis on Cardiotoxicity Induced by Ouabain

  • 摘要: 观察了人工虫草菌丝体石油醚及水提取物抗哇巴因所致豚鼠心脏毒性,并且通过测定SOD及MDA观察其抗菌自由基作用。结果表明石油醚提取物可显著提高哇巴因所致豚鼠心脏毒性和死亡剂量,可有效地增加SOD活性及降低MDA含量,提示本品可对抗哇巴因的心脏毒性和死亡剂量,可有效地增加SOD活性及降低MDA含量,提示本品可对抗哇巴因的心脏毒性,提高机体的抗氧化能力,未见水提物抗哇巴因所致豚鼠心脏毒性及抗氧自由基的作
