  • 摘要: 外源性1,6-二磷酸甲糖(FDP)与低分子右旋糖酐协同用药能显著降低冠脉结扎后大鼠血清中的肌酸激酶浓度,改善冠脉结扎后的缺血状况,豚鼠离体心脏灌流实验表明两者协同用药后,能缓和FDP单用时的心率减少作用;对由垂体后叶素引起的大鼠心肌缺血模型有良好的治疗保护作用,1050mg/kg剂量组的阴性率高达80%,相当于单用FDP时1500mg/kg的疗效,因此两者联合用药有良好的药理协同作用。
