摘要: 选用颈珍基甲基纤维素为水凝胶型骨架材料、乙基纤维素为阻滞剂制备非洛地平缓释胶囊。通过考察其体外释放度，评价了该缓释胶囊的处方，结果表明，该制剂的体外释药行为符合Ｈｉｇｕｃｈｉ方程。
