Simultaneous Determination of Ampicillin and Cloxacillin in Compound Capsules by HPLC

  • 摘要: 研究定量测定复方青霉素胶囊剂中氨苄青霉素和邻氯青霉素含量的反相高效液相色谱方法。利用４８％甲醇的磷酸盐缓冲液为流动相。方法精确，适用于质量控制。采用此法还测定了复方青霉素胶囊剂的溶出度。
