Separation of Anthraquinone Compounds in Nonaqueous Medium by Capillary Electrophoresis

  • 摘要: 建立了非水相毛细管电泳分离蒽醌类化合物的实验方法。以含30mmol/L四丁基溴化铵的乙腈溶液作为缓冲液。在非水相介质下,三种蒽醌类化合物能在6min内达到分离。每种组分的迁移时间重视性小于0.35%。
