Orthogonal Design for Improving the Stability of Compound Vitamin C-Yinqiao Tab Lets

  • 摘要: 采用正交设计法对市售稳定性较差的维C银翘片进行处方优选。采用传统湿法制粒工艺制备所得到的优选处方,对其加速试验数据的方差分析结果证实:此优选处方的稳定性比市售片有极显著性提高(P<0.01)。文中所有的统计分析采用SAS软件。
