  • 摘要: 采用正交设计法对市售稳定性较差的维Ｃ银翘片进行处方优选。采用传统湿法制粒工艺制备所得到的优选处方，对其加速试验数据的方差分析结果证实：此优选处方的稳定性比市售片有极显著性提高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。文中所有的统计分析采用ＳＡＳ软件。
