栀子西红花总甙对神经、心血管及呼吸系统的影响

Effects of Crocins Extracted from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis on Nervous, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Systems

  • 摘要: 栀子西红花总甙(7.5,15及30mg/kg,iv)对麻醉犬颈动脉收缩压(SAP),舒张压(DAP),平均压(MAP),心率(HR),心电图各参数(P-R间期、QRS波、Q-T间期、T波),呼吸频率及呼吸幅度无明显影响;栀子西红花总甙(35mg/kg,iv)对小鼠自发活动和机能协调功能无明显影响,与阈下戊巴比妥钠也无明显协同作用;栀子西红花总甙(70mg/kg,iv)可明显减少小鼠自发活动,但对小鼠机能协调功能无显著影响,与阈下戊巴比妥钠也无明显协同作用;栀子西红花总甙(140mg/kg)不仅明显减少小鼠自发活动,而且显著影响小鼠机能协调功能,与阈下戊巴比妥钠有明显协同作用。
