黄连解毒汤的抗氧化作用研究

Anti-oxidative Activity ofHuanglian Jiedu Tang, a Traditional Chinese Recipe

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨黄连解毒汤的抗氧化作用。方法:红细胞溶血,肝匀浆MDA生成及羟自由基生成用比色法测定。结果:黄连解毒汤体外给药能明显抑制红细胞自氧化或H2O2,所致红细胞溶血,并抑制小鼠肝匀浆自发性或Fe^2 -Vit C诱发的脂质过氧化反应,对H2O2所产生的羟自由基亦有直接的清除作用。结论:黄连解毒汤对血细胞和组织细胞具有膜保护作用。
