阿司匹林粒径对羟丙甲基纤维素水凝胶骨架片释放度的影响

Effect of Different Diameter of Aspirin Particles on the Release Behavior of HPMC Hydrogel Matrix Tablets

  • 摘要: 目的 考察粒径对羟丙甲基纤维素(HPMC)水凝胶骨架片释药行为的影响。方法 以阿司匹林为模型药物,测定不同粒径药物制备的HPMC水凝胶片的释放行为。结果 当HPMC含量较低时,药物粒径愈小,释药速度愈快;当HPMC含量较高时,释药速度在0-4h随粒径的增加而变慢,4-12h后则表现为随粒径的增加释放加快。结论 在某些条件下,增大药物粒径会使释放变快。
