Absorption of PancreaticKininogenase from the Perfused Rat Colon

  • 摘要: 目的 考察胰激肽原酶的大鼠结肠吸收。方法 用大鼠在体灌流法测定胰激肽原酶的大鼠结肠吸收。结果 实验表明胰激肽原酶可从大鼠结肠中吸收，且结肠吸收量随结肠灌流液中胰激肽原酶的浓度增加而增加，两者之间有着良好的线性关系。结论 胰激肽原酶结肠吸收为非饱和吸收。

     

    Abstract: AIM The colon absorption of pancreatic kininogenase was investigated. METHODS The absorption of pancreatic kininogenase from that perfused rat colon was studied. RESULTS The results demonstrated that peptide can be significantly absorbed from the colon
