Dual-enzymatic Synthesis of D-(-)-p-Hydrox yphenylglycine

  • 摘要: 目的 研究用土壤杆菌CPU1295完整细胞双酶转化法生产D-(-)-对羟基苯甘氨酸。方法 通过测定D-因酶及D-氨甲酰酶的比活力来选择发酵和转化反应条件。结果 经优化,两酶化活力分别达到1.3u/ml发酵液和0.46u/ml发酵液,终产物经鉴定为D-(-)-对羟基苯甘氨酸。结论 本法是一种有发展前途的生产工艺。
