Improved Synthesis of 2-(3-benzoylphenyl) propionitrile

  • 摘要: 目的:进行2-(3-苯甲酰基苯基)丙腈的合成研究,提高收率,降低二甲基副产物比例。方法:采用相转移催化法以硫酸二甲酯为甲基化剂进行α-甲基化反应,并采用适当的后处理方法。结果:反应主要控制在单甲基化阶段。且通过适当的后处理方法,可得产物含量较高的固体纯品,结论:相转移催化剂能有效控制反应在单甲基化阶段,且合适的后处理方法也能一定程度提高产品质量。
