非水系统毛细管电泳分离麻黄碱类差向异构体

Separation of Ephedrine Isomers with Non-aqueous Capillary Electrophoresis

  • 摘要: 目的:讨论了非水介质的组成等因素对麻黄碱类异构体分离的影响。并建立了最优的分离分析方法。方法:采用50mmol/L醋酸铵的甲醇溶液为介质,未加入任何其他添加剂,利用简单的非水毛细管区带电泳分离5种麻黄碱类化合物,结果:各麻黄碱类异构体在8min内均达基线分离。结论:毛细管电泳(CE)分离弱酸、碱类药物时,采用非水溶液作背景电解质,不但可以增强待测物质的酸碱性,而且能大大提高分离的选择性。
