Determination of sildenafil citrate and its related compound in tablets by RP-HPLC

  • 摘要: 目的建立RP-HPLC测定枸橼酸西地那非片中西地那非及其有关物质的含量.方法以乙腈-水(44∶56,v/v)为流动相,HypersilODS-2色谱柱(5μm,200mm×4.6mm)为固定相,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为292nm.结果西地那非在20～80μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,RSD为1.27%,平均回收率为99.48%,最低检测限为0.1μg/ml.结论方法可用于枸橼酸西地那非片及有关物质的含量测定.
