复方美沙芬片的毛细管电泳快速分析

Simultaneous Determination of Dextromethorphen and Pseudoephedrine in Compound t ablets by HPCE

  • 摘要: 目的建立了毛细管电泳快速测定复方美沙芬片中有效成分含量的方法,讨论了硼酸盐浓度对分离选择性的影响.方法在40cm×50μm的未涂层石英毛细管柱上,以10mmol/L硼酸盐为缓冲液,214nm为测定波长,10min之内用内标法测得伪麻黄碱和美沙芬的含量.结果两组分含量在98.0%~101%之间,线性范围分别为0.3~3.0mg/ml和0.1~1.0mg/ml,RSD小于3%.结论该方法可用于复方美沙芬片的质量控制.
