Progress in Protein Microarray and Its Applications

  • 摘要: 蛋白质芯片为高通量并行分析和检测蛋白质提供了强有力的工具。本文较系统地阐述了蛋白质芯片种类、制备、生物样品处理、探针标记和检测方法;同时也讨论了蛋白质芯片技术的应用、存在问题以及发展前景。

     

    Abstract: Protein arrays provide a powerful tool for the high throughput parallel analysis of thousands of proteins within a single experiment. Protein arrays fabrication, biological sample extraction and labeling, and detection methods are reviewed in this paper.
