火焰原子吸收光谱法和络合滴定法测定果胶钙的含钙率

Determination of Calcium in Calcium Pectinate by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry and Compleximetry

  • 摘要: 目的:测定果胶钙的含钙率。方法:果胶钙经硝酸消化处理,钙离子转变为可溶性的硝酸钙,用火焰原子吸收光谱法和EDTA-2Na络合滴定法测定果胶钙的含钙率,并对两种方法的相关性进行了考察。结果:两种测定方法回收率和精密度均较好,且相关性显著(r=0.9961)。结论:两种方法均可作为果胶钙质量控制方法。
