银杏总酸中有关成分的LC/DAD/API/MS分析

Analysis of Compositions in the Ginkgolic Acids Extract by Using LC/DAD/API/MS

  • 摘要: 目的:鉴别银杏总酸中的有关成分。方法:采用LC/DAD/API/MS联用技术分析。结果:鉴别出4种银杏酸的主要成分白果新酸、白果酸、氢化白果酸和氢化白果亚酸,同时发现2个未知成分。结论:根据两个未知化合物的UV光谱及质谱的裂解规律,推测为银杏酸的同系物。
