Quantitative Determination of Three Triterpene Glucosides in Qianglining Injection and Extracts of Glycyrrhiza by RP-HPLC

  • 摘要: 目的 :测定强力宁注射液及甘草提取物中三种甘草皂苷的含量。方法 :采用 RP-HPLC法测定强力宁注射液及甘草提取物中甘草皂苷 G2 、甘草酸铵和乌拉尔甘草皂苷 B的含量。色谱条件为 :Shimadzu Shim-packC1 8,( 1 5 0 mm× 4 .6 mm)为色谱柱 ,甲醇 -乙酸铵水溶液 ( 0 .2 mol/L) -冰乙酸 ( 70∶ 30∶ 1 )为流动相 ,流速 :1 .0ml/min,检测波长为 2 5 0 nm,灵敏度 :0 .0 0 1 0 AUFS。结果 :该方法简便 ,易行 ,线性关系良好。甘草皂苷 G2 ,甘草酸铵和乌拉尔甘草皂苷 B的平均回收率分别为 1 0 1 .9% ,1 0 1 .4 %和 1 0 2 .0 %。结论 :本方法为强力宁注射液及甘草提取物中三种甘草皂苷的含量测定提供了准确可靠的检测手段
