  • 摘要: 白花前胡丙素 (+) - praeruptorin A是我国学者从中药白花前胡 (Peucedanum praeruptorum)根中分离鉴定的单体化合物1 ,近年来发现白花前胡丙素具有突出的降低血压和舒张冠状动脉血管的药理作用 ,其作用机理是钙离子拮抗作用2 。白花前胡丙素是一种角型吡喃骈香豆素类化合物 ,其结构特点是香豆素分子中 7,8位形成一个二氢吡喃环 ,这个环的 3′,4′位是两个手性碳原子 ,并分别与当归酰氧基、乙酰氧基相连。白花前胡丙素与其类似物的结构差别就在于两个手性碳原子的构型不同以及连结的两个酰氧基的结构不同。白花前胡丙素及其类似物的…
