摘要: 转基因动物技术始于上个世纪 80年代 ,2 0多年来 ,转基因动物在制作方法上由最初的显微注射法、逆转录病毒法和胚胎干细胞法 ,发展到体细胞核移植技术、腺病毒载体法、精子头与转移基因共注射法等。随着转基因技术的不断发展 ,利用转基因动物生产药用蛋白质即转基因动物制药的研究也取得了突破性进展 ,目前 ,转基因动物制药正走向产业化的道路 ,具有十分广阔的前景
