道地与非道地当归药材气味成分比较研究

Comparison between the Odor and Composition of Famous-region and Unfamous-region Drugs of Radix Angelica sinensis

  • 摘要: 目的；对道地与非道地当归药材挥发性气味成分进行比较研究。方法：采用顶空吹扫法收集不同产地当归头香的挥发性组合，以气相色谱及气相色谱－质谱联用方法检测，检索并加以鉴定。结果：检出的100们个成分中，30余种共有成分中含量相差2倍以上的有15种化合物，相差5倍以上的有4种化合物，而其余的成分则不相同。结论：道地与非道地当归药材相同的气味成分相对含量不同，且有许多不相同的组分，这说明中医用药强调道地性有其理论依据。
