Determination of the Chloramphenicol Palmitate Polymorph A Using FTIR Spectroscopy

  • 摘要: 目的:建立红外分光光度法测定棕榈氯霉素A晶型的方法。方法:采用分辨率为2cm^-1的傅立叶变换红外分光光度计进行测定。结果:棕榈氯霉素A晶型在843cm^-1处的吸收强度与含量成线性关系,用透光率表示时,线性方程为y=95.68-0.9425x,相关系数r=-0.9983。用吸 度表示时,线性方程为y=0.01169 0.005424x,相关系数r=0.9943.:一法具有快速,简便,准确,重现性好的特点。
