Establishment of Benzidine-fluorescence Spectrophotometry to Determine Nitric Oxide Synthase Activity in Biological Sample

  • 摘要: 目的:建立联苯胺荧光分光光度法测定一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活力的方法。方法:采用联苯胺荧光分光光度法测定生物样品中NOS在单位时间内生成的一氧化氮(NO)量来计算NOS活力。结果:联苯胺荧光分光光度法测出的NOS活力与文献报道基本一致。结论:联苯胺荧光分光光度法具有简便,迅速和重现性好的,适合于大批量组织器官样品中的NOS活力测定。
