以硬脂酸纳米粒为载体的胰岛素小肠吸收部位研究

Studies on The Intestinal Absorption Site of Insulin In Stearic Acid Nanoparticles as Cairrers

  • 摘要: 目的:为了研究以硬脂酸纳米粒作为载体的胰岛素在小肠各部位的吸收。方法:采用在体大鼠小肠段回流实验,HPLC法测定药物浓度,依据药物在小肠段中的减少量来确定药物的吸收,同时彩和糖尿病模型大鼠小肠段内直接给药测定其血糖值。结果:胰岛素在回肠中的吸收明显高于其他肠段,其降血糖作用因给药部位的不同而不同(回肠60.34%、空肠48.38%、十二指肠46.75%)。结论:回肠是以硬脂酸纳米料作为载体的胰岛素的最佳吸收部位。
