复方双花泡腾喷雾剂制备工艺的研究

摘要: 目的：对复方双花泡腾喷雾剂的制备工艺进行研究。方法；用对比试验法优选喷雾用泡腾片的处方及辅料配比，并考察制剂的成型性、引湿性及崩解性能；以绿原酸为指标成分，用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中绿原酸的含量。结果：确定了复方双花泡腾喷雾剂的处方组成与制备工艺。结论：该制备工艺重现性好，适于规模化生产。
