Further Studies on the Preparation of Coumarin- 6- sulfonylureas

    摘要
  • 摘要: 目的 合成新的香豆素磺酰脲类化合物供药理筛选。方法 通过改进的方法合成芳香异氰酸酯中间体，再与磺酰胺反应合成目标化合物。结果和结论 通过新的路线合成了18个香豆素磺酰脲类化合物（SU－22－39），所有目标化合物均未见文献报道，其结构经IR、^1HNMR和HRMS鉴定。进一步和降血糖活性研究正在进行。
