微波辅助萃取葛根中有效成份的研究

Study on Microwave-assisted Extraction of Active Constituents in Radix Puerariae

  • 摘要: 目的 以总黄酮和葛根素的含量为指标,研究微波辅助萃取葛根的提取工艺。方法 采用连续微波辐射方式进行微波萃取参数的单一因素考察。结果 微波功率、辐射时间、溶剂用量、原料粉碎度、原料含水量等工艺参数的选择对葛根中有效成分的提取均有影响。结论 微波辅助萃取比传统加热回流提取葛根的效果好,从单一因素观察,优化工艺条件为:微波功率510W、辐射时间10min,同时增加溶剂用量、提高原料粉碎度、延长原料浸泡时间将有利于葛根中有效成分的提取。
