黄花倒水莲中TENUIFILIN的毛细管电泳分析

Determination of Tenuifilin in Polygala fallax Hemsl by MECC

  • 摘要: 目的 建立了毛细管电泳测定黄花倒水莲中Tenuifilin皂苷含量的方法。方法 采用胶束电动毛细管电泳(40cm×75μm未涂层石英毛细管)对不同来源得黄花倒水莲提取物中Tenuifilin香苷的含量进行了测定,电泳分离条件:28mmol/L硼砂缓冲液,50mmol/LSDS,pH8.9,分离电压15kv,检测波长214um。结果 在10min内可以完成样品中皂苷的含量测定,线性范围1~10μg/ml,各产地黄花倒水莲中 Tenuifilin的含量在1.02~3.41μg/g之间。结论 该方法可用于黄花倒水莲的质量控制。
