高效毛细管电泳法分离八种含氨基手性药物的对映体

摘要: 目的 采用HPCE法拆分八种含氨基手性药物对映异构体。方法 液中添加18-冠-6-四甲酸-18-Crown-6-(COOH)4(18C6H4),并且对18C6H4的浓度、缓冲液的pH值和浓度以及柱温等影响分离的因素作了系统的研究;检测波长210nm。结果 八种含氨基手性药物对映体得以拆分。结论 缓冲液中添加手性冠醚的HPCE法能较好地拆分伯胺类药物。Abstract: AIM Chiral separation of drugs having a primary amino group was studied by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) using 18C6HA as chiral selector.
