摘要: 目的：建立复方益血胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1的定量分析方法。方法：高效液相色谱法，采用μBondpack C18柱，以乙腈／水（23／77）为流动相，流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为203nm，柱温30．0℃，灵敏度：0．02AUFS。结果：人参皂苷Rg1含量在0．385－4．620μg/ml呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率98．14％，RSD1.62%。结论：本法简便，分离及重复性好，可作为该产品的质量控制方法。
