伊尼奥小单孢工程菌S96培养特性研究

Studied on the Culture Characteristics of Micromonospora Inyoensis Engineering Strains S96

  • 摘要: 目的:对伊尼奥小单孢工程菌S96的培养特性进行研究。方法:采用单亲灭活原生质体融合技术,从伊尼奥小单孢菌融合的杂合体中筛选到的工程菌S96,根据培养特征比较,其菌丝形态特征,斜面培养特征,碳源利用特征和深层培养特征不同于出发菌株。结果:工程菌S96几乎不产生色素,不利用可溶性淀粉,不产生孢子。但它在深层培养时,生长快,菌丝长,易成网,衰亡期大大推后,稳定期明显延长,可达9d之久。结论:工程菌S96的新特征是出发菌所没有的,是一株新的工程菌。
