新型肝靶向载体N-乳糖酰化壳聚糖的制备与表征

Preparation and Characterization of Novel Galactosylated Chitosan

  • 摘要: 目的：将肝靶向基团半乳糖基引入到壳聚糖的结构中，制备N-乳糖酰化壳聚糖。方法：以天然聚合物壳聚糖为原料，在其2-NH2引入乳糖酸，制得酰化产物，用FTIR、^13CNMR,^1HNMR时其进行表征。用粉末X衍射、DSC、TG对其物理性质进行分析。结果与结论：制得了新型的取代度为20%的N-取代的乳糖酰化壳聚糖载体。
