  • 摘要: 目的:探讨西红花酸对心肌细胞氧化应激性损伤的效应。方法:采用过氧化氢(H2O2)诱导法制备大鼠培养心肌细胞氧化应激损伤模型,通过观察培养心肌细胞的形态,检测细胞培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性、细胞内丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及培养细胞台盼蓝摄取率,反映西红花酸对该模型的影响。结果:在本实验使用浓度范围内,H2O2损伤培养心肌细胞的作用呈浓度依赖性地增大;西红花酸则能减少该氧化应激细胞的形态学改变、降低培养液中LDH活性和胞内MDA含量、增加胞内SOD活性及减少细胞死亡数量。结论:西红花酸对H2O2,造成的培养心肌细胞氧化应激性损伤具有明显的保护作用。
