辅酶Q10对动物学习记忆的促进作用研究

  • 摘要: 目的:观察辅酶Q10(CoQ10)对东莨菪碱所致记忆障碍模型小鼠和N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)单侧损伤Meynert基底核大鼠学习记忆的促进作用.方法:利用东莨菪碱所致记忆障碍模型小鼠和NMDA单侧损伤Meynert基底核大鼠,采用水迷宫和Y迷宫评价促智作用,采用放射化学法测定大鼠皮层内乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)活性.结果:辅酶Q10能改善东莨菪碱所致小鼠的空间辨别学习记忆障碍,对胆碱能损伤记忆功能具有恢复作用,能防止ChAT活性降低.结论:辅酶Q10对动物学习记忆有明显促进作用.

     

    Abstract: AIM: to study the improving ef fe cts of CoQ 10 on animal learning and memory ability. METHOD: The NBM lesion rats were mad e by injecting N-methyl-D-aspartic acid(NMDA) into unilateral NBM of SD rats and memory deficits mouse were made by scopolamine.
