  • 摘要: 西红花苷(crocin)类化合物是西红花(Stigma croci)中的一种水溶性胡萝卜素类化合物西红花酸与不同糖结合而成的一系列酯苷,具有抗血小板聚集、抗血栓形成、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗心肌缺血等多种药理作用1.本文拟研究西红花苷在小肠不同部位的吸收情况,测定西红花苷-1在正辛醇/水中的油水分配系数,从而为制备有效的西红花苷制剂提供处方依据.
