Determination of the Dissociation Constant of Disodium Panaxatriol 3,6-Succinate by Thin-Layer pH-chromatography

  • 摘要: 目的:用薄层色谱pH法测定人参三醇-3,6-二琥珀酸单酯双钠酸根共轭酸的离解常数.方法:利用待测组分Rf值与固定相pH值的Rf-pH曲线方程,测定了人参三醇-3,6-二琥珀酸的离解常数,并将此法用酒石酸验证.结果:首次测得了人参三醇-3,6-二琥珀酸钠酸根共轭酸的离解常数,所测得的酒石酸离解常数与文献值一致.结论:此方法方便简单,准确度较高,可用于纯度不高,量较少的药物.
