Protective Effect of Cyclovirobuxine D on Death of 6-Hydroxy-Dopamine-Induced PC12 Cells

  • 摘要: 目的:研究环维黄杨星-D (CVB-D)的神经保护作用,研究CBV-D对6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)诱导的PC12细胞存活率的影响.方法:以PC12细胞为模型细胞,采用四氮唑(MTT)比色法检测6-OHDA对PC12细胞活性的影响;采用放射免疫法测定PC12细胞对培养液中3H-D,L-谷氨酸的摄取;采用HPLC法测定细胞外液中谷氨酸的浓度.结果:6-OHDA能抑制PC12细胞摄取谷氨酸,提高胞外谷氨酸的浓度,降低细胞的存活率;CVB-D能拮抗6-OHDA对PC12细胞摄取谷氨酸的抑制作用和对细胞存活率的影响.结论:CVB-D对PC12细胞有保护作用,其保护作用机制可能与增强谷氨酸转运体的功能有关.
