  • 摘要: 酵母中约有31%的编码基因与哺乳动物的一些重要功能基因具有很高的同源性,这为人类对生命现象的认识带来了新的思考,并将推动药物作用靶点、药物的毒副作用的研究.文章围绕酵母这种"模式"生物建立的几种技术平台的发展和特点,简要综述了它们在药物研究领域中的应用.
