摘要: 为了研究白首乌(Cynanchum auriculatum)中的化学成分,采用柱色谱对白首乌醇提浸膏乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,并应用波谱方法鉴定其结构。从白首乌中分离出一个新化合物Ⅰ,命名为告达亭3-O-β-D-吡喃洋地黄毒糖苷(cau-datin 3-O-β-D-digitoxopyranoside)。
