Determination of fluoroquinolones multiresidue in milk by solid-phase extraction - LC-MS/MS

  • 摘要: 目的:建立同时测定牛奶中恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星和芦氟沙星残留的固相萃取-HPLC/MS/MS测定方法。方法:牛奶样品经酸化、乙腈沉淀蛋白质后,过C18固相萃取小柱净化,HPLC-MS/MS分析,流动相为甲醇-10 mmol/L醋酸铵水溶液(25∶75),色谱柱为岛津Shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱。结果与结论:方法学试验表明:本方法灵敏度高(定量限0.5 ng/g)、精密度好(RSD
