Effects of the ethanolic extract from Pinellia ternata on cell proliferation and cell cycle of human hepatoma HepG2 cell line

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨半夏醇提物对人肝癌细胞(HepG2)的抑制作用及其机制。方法:用半夏醇提物(PTE)与体外培养的人肝癌HepG2细胞共培养,采用MTT比色法测定不同剂量组PTE对HepG2细胞生长的影响;采用流式细胞术分析PTE对其细胞周期分布的影响;免疫细胞化学法观察细胞周期调控相关蛋白cyclin D1、c-myc和β-catenin的表达。结果:PTE作用24 h、48 h和72 h对HepG2细胞的增殖均有显著抑制作用(P
