N-辛基-N′-亚胺基-O-羧甲基壳聚糖衍生物的合成、表征与体外pH敏感性

Synthesis,characterization and pH sensitivity of N-octyl-N′-imino-O-carboxymethyl chitosan derivatives

  • 摘要: 目的 : 以pH敏感的亚胺键为连接臂,制备两亲性羧甲基壳聚糖衍生物。 方法 : 以羧甲基壳聚糖为原料,在其2-NH2上引入亚胺键,制得羧甲基壳聚糖希夫碱衍生物,用FT-IR和1H NMR对其结构进行了表征,用DSC对其物理性质进行了分析,采用紫外-可见分光光度法评价其体外pH敏感性。 结果与结论 : 合成了4个pH敏感的N-辛基-N′-亚胺基-O-羧甲基壳聚糖衍生物,以期作为肿瘤细胞溶酶体敏感的难溶性药物载体材料。

     

    Abstract: Aim :To synthesize a series of amphiphilic carboxymethyl chitosan derivatives using pH-sensitive imines as the spacers. Methods :Taking advantage of the imine groups introduced into carboxymethyl chitosan,schiff base derivatived carboxymethyl chitosan were synthesized.The chemical structures of galactosylated chitosan derivatives were characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR.Their physical properties were measured by DSC. Results and Conclusion :Four pH-sensitive N-octyl-N′-imino-O-carboxymethyl chitosan derivatives were synthesized as potential new drug delivery agents.
