熊果酸化学结构修饰与构效关系的研究进展

Progress in the research of chemical structural modification of ursolic acid and structure-activity relationship

  • 摘要: 熊果酸属于五环三萜类化合物,广泛存在于天然植物中,具有多种显著的药理活性。近年来越来越多的科学家对其进行结构改造以得到高活性化合物,例如对C-3位、C12-C13双键或对C-28位的修饰。本文综述了近年来熊果酸的化学结构修饰与构效关系研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Ursolic acid,a pentacyclic triterpene compound,naturally occurs in a large variety of plants,has attracted considerable interest owing to its significant biological activities.In recent years,more and more scientists have been working on the structural modification at the C-3 position ,C12-C13 double bond or C-28 position of ursolic acid in order to improve their biological activities.Herein a brief introduction of the recent progresses on the chemical structural modification and the structure-activity relationship of ursolic acid and its derivatives are reviewed.
