裸花紫珠叶的化学成分

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、C18等柱色谱方法对裸花紫珠Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.ex Arn.叶的正丁醇萃取部位进行分离纯化,分离得到13个化合物。通过1H NMR,13C NMR等波谱技术和化学反应鉴定化合物的结构。13个化合物分别为木犀草素( 1 ),木犀草苷( 2 ),芹菜素( 3 ),5,7,4′-三羟基-3′-甲氧基黄酮( 4 ),木犀草素-3′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷( 5 ),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷( 6 ),Luteol-in-7-O-(6″-trans-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside( 7 ),Luteolin-7-O-(6″-trans-cinnamo-yl)-β-D-glucopyranoside( 8 ),arjunglucosideⅠ( 9 ),Luteolin-7-O-(6″-p-coumaryl)-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 10 ),forsythoside B ( 11 ),isomartynoside ( 12 ),deacylisomartynoside ( 13 )。其中,化合物 11 为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物 4,7~ 10,12~ 13 为首次从该植物属中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: From the n-butanol extract of the leaves of Callicarpa nudiflora, thirteen compounds were isolated by repeated column chromatography with silica gel,C18and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic (1H,13C NMR and so on) and chemical methods as luteolin ( 1 ),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyran-coside ( 2 ),apigenin ( 3 ),5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3′-methoxyflavone ( 4 ),luteolin-3′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 5 ),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 6 ),luteolin-7-O-(6″-trans-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 7 ),luteolin-7-O-(6″-trans-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 8 ),arjunglucoside I( 9 ),luteolin-7-O-(6″-p-coumaryl)-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 10 ),forsythoside B ( 11 ),isomartynoside ( 12 ),deacylisomartynoside B ( 13 ).Among them,compound 11 was isolated from this plant for the first time and compounds 4,7-10,12-13 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
