摘要: 从忍冬藤Lonicera japonica Thunb.的醇提物的正丁醇萃取部位分离出13个化合物，分别鉴定为（+）松脂酚-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷( 1 )，香叶木苷( 2 )，槲皮素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷( 3 )，尿嘧啶核苷( 4 )，2-甲氧基对苯二酚-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷( 5 )，咖啡酸-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷( 6 )，3，4-O-双咖啡酰基奎宁酸( 7 )，grandifloroside( 8 )，马钱子酸( 9 )，马钱子苷( 10 )，当药苷( 11 )，肌醇( 12 )，葡萄糖( 13 )。化合物 1~6 为首次从忍冬属中分离得到，化合物 8 和 9 为首次从本植物中分离得到。

Abstract: Thirteen compounds were isolated from n-butanol extract of the stems of Lonicera japonica.，and were identified as (+)-pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 1 )，diosmin ( 2 )，quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 3 )，uridine ( 4 )，tachioside ( 5 )，caffeic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 6 )，3，4-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid ( 7 )，grandifloroside ( 8 )，loganic acid ( 9 )，loganin ( 10 )，sweroside ( 11 )，inositol ( 12 )，and glucose ( 13 ). Compounds 8 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time，while compounds 1-6 were firstly isolated from the genus Lonicera.
