金银花中木犀草苷含量测定方法的耐用性考察

Robustness test on determination of luteolin-7- O-glucoside in Flos Lonicerae

  • 摘要: 按照中国药典方法,利用反相高效液相色谱法,对分离条件的耐用性进行了研究。在不同的色谱条件下,研究了金银花中木犀草苷含量测定的色谱分离情况,结果当采用YMC-Pack ODS-A色谱柱,乙腈为流动相A,0.5%冰醋酸溶液为流动相B进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为350 nm,流速为1 mL/min,柱温为40 ℃时,分离效果较好,精密度和重复性良好,能达到中国药典相关要求。

     

    Abstract: In accordance with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,chromatographic separation conditions were studied to determine luteolin-7-O-glucoside in Flos Lonicerae under different RP-HPLC chromatographic conditions.Results showed that when a YMC-Pack ODS-A column was adopted with the gradient elution using the mobile phase of acetonitrile as mobile phase A,0.5% acetic acid solution as mobile phase B, the detection wavelength was 350 nm,the flow rate was 1 mL/min, and the column temperature was 40 °C, the better separation, precision and repeatability were achieved. It could meet the relevant requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia; and the chromatographic separation conditions could be used as the conditions for the determination of luteolin-7-O-glucoside in Flos Lonicerae.
