黄花铁线莲根部的化学成分

Chemical constituents from the root of Clematis intricata Bunge

  • 摘要: 从黄花铁线莲Clematis intricata Bunge根部分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:7β-乙氧基-6α-羟基-1,4-二氧杂环辛烷( 1 ),4,6,7-三甲氧基-5-甲基香豆素( 2 ),东莨菪素( 3 ),3,5,7,4′-四羟基黄酮( 4 ),对羟基苯甲酸( 5 ),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸( 6 )。其中化合物 1 为新化合物,化合物 256 首次从该属植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: From the root of Clematis intricata Bunge,six compounds were isolated and identified as 7β-ethoxy-6α-hydroxy-1,4-dioxacyclooctane( 1 ),4,6,7-trimethoxy-5-methyl coumarin( 2 ),scopoletin( 3 ),3,5,7,4’ -tetrahydroxyflavone( 4 ),p-hydroxy benzoic acid( 5 ),and 3,4-dihydroxy benzoic acid( 6 ).Compound 1 is a new one,while compounds 2 , 5 , 6 have been isolated from genus clematis for the first time.
