干细胞定向分化在药物研发中的作用及研究进展

  • 摘要: 干细胞是一类具有自我更新和分化潜能的细胞,已成为当今生物技术的亮点。干细胞增殖和分化的特性为临床组织移植、细胞治疗和基因治疗提供了大量的细胞源,在再生医学领域中发挥着重要的作用。目前干细胞分化的机制研究和体外促干细胞诱导分化的药物研究已经成为干细胞研究的热点,国内外有关这方面的研究和药物开发都取得重大的进展。本文主要综述胚胎干细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞、多能性诱导干细胞的定向分化在新药研发中的作用及研究进展。

     

    Abstract: The potential of self-renewal and differentiation of stem cells makes them valuable resources for clinical tissue transplantation,cell therapy and gene therapy,thereby accelerating the developments in the field of regenerative medicine. At present, the mechanistic study of stem cell differentiation and drug development for inducing stem cell differentiation in vitro have become hot subjects and significant progress has been made in these areas.This paper reviewed the progress of new drug research of the directed differentiation of embryonic stem cells,bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and induced pluripotent cells.
